What will our legal team need?
Our Implementation Hub Guide (PDF) walks your program lead, counsel and compliance team through the four gates, the agreements you will see, and what happens to your data. Every agreement is with AHIS, starting with a mutual nondisclosure agreement.
What does it cost us?
Sponsors fund implementation under written agreements, never tied to product selection or volume. Staff time and roles are scoped with you up front.
How is patient data handled?
Only as permitted by law, consent, the protocol and IRB determinations. Data terms are set out in a written agreement for each program. We start with an MNDA, and a BAA is signed before any patient data move.
Does AHIS tell our clinicians what to do?
No. Care decisions stay with patients and their clinicians. Programs support identification, navigation and follow-up.
Will our results be published?
Yes, on ahis.org, whatever they show. Journal publication is optional, and whether your institution is named is your choice.
What if a program isn’t funded?
It doesn’t go live, and no patient data move.
