Membership / Affinity Groups
AHIS Affinity Groups are just getting started. Affinity Groups bring patients, caregivers, advocates and community organizations together to name the gaps they see and shape what AHIS takes on. Tell us which groups should exist, and whether you'd like to join or help lead one.
Recommend or join a groupWhat members will do
Tell us where care breaks down. Gaps can become campaigns or Implementation Support Programs.
Review awareness campaigns and materials before they launch.
Help decide which outcomes matter to the people a program serves.
Impact reports return to members before they're published.
How groups form
Groups form where interest comes together, based on what you tell us.
Oncology, respiratory, vaccines and more.
Caregivers, rural patients, a region such as West Tennessee, or a language community.
For example, oncology care for rural patients in Tennessee.
You can also identify a gap anytime.
Recommend a group
Free for patients and caregivers. Organizations join through membership.
