About / Governance
We're standing up the AHIS Board first, and it does the work of governance until the full structure is in place. Oversight is built into the MONARCH master protocol, so programs move fast without cutting corners.

Our CEO, who also founded Rabble Health, recuses from any AHIS decision involving Rabble Health. Those decisions are made by the Board's independent directors.
Deanna Darlington serves as Board President, and two more independent directors have been approved to join. We have a few more seats to fill.

Where we are
Each phase is time-boxed, so governance grows with the work, not ahead of it.
The Board does the work: it reviews protocols and results, sets priorities and hears sponsor input through the annual survey. The Board is growing now.
The Board, one Implementation Advisory Committee, one Affinity Group and one Sponsor Advisory Council, all across AHIS.
Affinity Groups, and Implementation Advisory Committees where volume requires, break out by care area.
How decisions flow
The loop every campaign and Implementation Support Program follows. In Phase 1, the Board fills each role.

Standards
Every Implementation Support Program runs under MONARCH, AHIS's master protocol for implementation measurement, with a documented research and IRB determination before any participant-facing activity begins. Each program is a sub-protocol, so review focuses on what's new.
Our Board is growing, and we're building the interest list for Phase 2.
